Founder and CEO

As a practising designer throughout the 1990s, Meriel foresaw the upcoming demand for genuinely informed interaction design, in order to balance risk against the increasing levels of technology opportunity, for both public and private sector projects.

In response, she founded Flow in 1997 to deliver a unique mix of research and design. In line with her vision, and under her direction, Flow has since grown steadily to become one of the most respected and dedicated user-centred design consultancies in the world.
