Lola Oyelayo MSc

User Experience Tactical Lead

Lola has over 7 years experience developing digital products. A passionate user advocate, Lola is focused on how research informs and transforms design when following a user-centred design approach.

Her career started at Mott MacDonald where as a business analyst she worked on large-scale internal products discovering user needs, and, mapping and transforming processes. She oversaw the deployment of company-wide products working alongside development teams to design interfaces and write specifications for bespoke software applications.

A confident project lead, Lola is a skilled researcher and designer. Whilst at Flow she has worked on a diverse range of projects at all stages of product development with clients such as Sky, Transport for London, Orange, Hays, Nokia, Lastminute, British Airways and BMI.

Lola has an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from University College London.
